Aspendale Football Development Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all players selected for the Aspendale Football Development Program for the 2026 season. They cover all program coaching fees, uniform costs, and the Program Code of Conduct. Please note that additional club registration fees may also apply and are separate from these development program fees.

All general playing codes of conduct are agreed upon at the club level. The Program Code of Conduct is included in the Program Information Pack and is also available on the Aspendale SC website.

1. Annual Football Development Program Coaching Fees
The annual coaching fee is $1200 per season.

Payment Terms

  • 25% of the annual fee is payable upon acceptance of a place in the Football Development Program.
  • The remaining 75% must be paid no later than 31st March 2026.
  • Payment plans are available at sign up

2. Payment Method & Invoicing
All payments must be made in AUD. We accept online payments by credit or debit card. We do not accept bank transfers or cash. All invoices include GST.

3. Late Payment Policy
If any payment is not received by the specified deadline, the player risks being suspended from training and matches until the outstanding balance has been settled.

4. Commitment Period
By accepting a place in the Aspendale Football Development Program, families commit to the full season's program coaching fees for the 2026 program. The full fees remain payable regardless of a player's withdrawal, except in cases where a refund is approved under the Refund Policy.

5. Uniform Costs
Uniform costs are separate from the annual coaching fees. All uniforms are purchased separately via the designated online store. Payments for uniforms are not part of the coaching fee payment plan and must be paid in full at the time of ordering. Orders will not be processed until full payment is received.

6. Refund Policy
Refunds for development program coaching fees are considered on a case-by-case basis. All requests for a refund must be made in writing to footballdev@aspendalesc.com. No refunds or exchanges are available for uniform or merchandise purchases.

7. Non-Transferability
All fees are specific to the named player for the 2026 season. Payments cannot be transferred or credited to another player or a future season.

8. Program Code of Conduct
All players and their families must adhere to the Program Code of Conduct. Breaches of this code may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or removal from the program.
